On January 17th 2014 in Suzhou, China which is often dubbed the "Venice of the East" or "Venice of China", Cactus Botanics held its annual wrap up meeting. All employees join this meeting.

At the meeting, the company proposed to expand the customer service center to provide customers with better and more attentive service.
