Dosage: Taken
prior to a meal, 100 mg, 2 X/day of a 5:1 standardized root extract
containing 5% ginsenosides; Rg1 at 0.75%, and optimal ratio of Rg 1: Rb1
of 0.5. Use for 3 weeks without interruption followed by one week rest
period before resuming next cycle. The traditional daily dose of the dried

sensitive individuals, side effects have included skin eruptions,
mastalgia (pain in the breasts) in older women, estrogenic effect in

inhibitors, anticoagulant therapy, or immunosuppressive agents. Exercise
